Information about personal data processing

As a controller of personal data – SYSCAE company s.r.o. with its headquarters in Jeseniova 2829/30, Praha - Žižkov, PSČ 130 00 IČO: 60711612, recorded in city register which is kept by Municipal court in Prague under C 35996 (hereafter just „SYSCAE company“) gives you information about personal data processing and about your rights connected to the processing.

The data is being processed based on the implementation of marketing activities.

The aim of data processing: Offering SYSCAE company’s products and services, communication within service questions and procedures including information about innovation and upgrades (news giving), various measures and moves, and campaigns, contests and occasional sending of wishes.

Description of the aim of processing: Your personal data is used for providing information about SYSCAE company’s products and services, also for communication within service questions and procedures including providing information about innovation and upgrades, various measures and moves, and campaigns, contests and occasional sending of wishes. Some personal data is used for targeting of aforementioned statements.

Authorization of processing: We are allowed to process information due to Agreement with personal data processing which you have provided us with. If you have not provided us with the agreement, we will not process your data because of that.

Categories of personal data which we process: Identification data, contact data, descriptive data, history of communication including data about family and other people, interaction and profiles derived from the data, net identifiers.

The time of processing and archiving: 5 years from submitting the agreement.

Categories of data processors or recipients who can be provided with the personal data: Marketing agencies, event agencies, media agencies or other subproviders, members of distribution network, servers operator, guest management agencies, infoline. Your personal data can be given to public authority (especially to courts, Police of the Czech Republic and other authorities which deal with criminal procedure) in necessary extent and within the law limits if requested.

The source of personal data: Directly from you.

Providing multinational corporations and third countries with personal data: Your data will not be given to third countries or any other multinational corporations within the processing stated above.

Automated decision making based on data processing: It is not used within this processing.

More information: Personal data can be a subject to archiving for public interest and used for scientific, historical or statistical research.

What are your rights? Within the personal data processing you have these rights:

• To revoke your agreement to personal data processing
• To correct incorrect or inaccurate data and fill in incomplete data
• To erase data in case of the end of purpose or unauthorized processing
• To restrict or block personal data processing
• To extract personal data in structured and machine-readable form for yourself or other administrator
• To object to personal data processing if you think that processing is unauthorized
• Not to be the subject of automated decision-making
