Agreement with personal data processing

You are giving free and voluntary permission with personal data processing to SYSCAE company s.r.o. with its headquarters in Jeseniova 2829/30, Praha - Žižkov, PSČ 130 00 IČO: 60711612, recorded in city register which is kept by Municipal court in Prague under C 35996 (hereafter just „SYSCAE company“) who will be the data administrator.

And that is in this scope: identification data, contact data, descriptive data, eventually other kind of information which SYSCAE company has acquired about you, and it will be used so that the company’s marketing activities mentioned below can be targeted efficiently to your needs.

The aim: offering SYSCAE company’s products and services, communication within service questions and procedures including information about innovation and upgrades (news giving), various measures and moves, and campaigns, contests and occasional sending of wishes.

This permission is given for 5 years.

You are also taking into account that this permission can be revoked by electronic form at syscae@syscae.cz or by letter form sent to the SYSCAE company address. You can revoke this agreement even before the time for which it was given runs out. By revoking the agreement, the legality of personal data processing before revoking the agreement is not compromised. At the same time, you can always look at the shared data or send us a requirement for its alteration.
